Had a surgical abortion. Severe pain after 1 month when periods started. Pain when walking or doing an activity. It's feeling like their is a cut in the abdomen and pain in that particular area. What should be done. ASAP

I think you have got severe infection  (pelvic inflammatory disease) after abortion.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of uterus.Akso get done some investigation like complete urine examination and complete blood picture.
