I have been running nose and cough for the last 2-3days.but today in the evening at about 6.00 my heart beat gets fast when I walk and climb stairs.i coughed a lot at night and also had cough. I could not lie down as when I tried to sleep by breathing gets faster and I couldn't lie down. I feel pain below my left breast.
