I have pain below my left ribs since 5 days.. I got ECG test done and it's normal. What could be the reason for this pain.. is it something heart related..

Need more history related to pain and how it started. Mostly it is related to musculoskeletal. Mostly relieved with local application of diclo gel in 2 to 3 days. May need x ray chest or CT chest with upper abdomen.
