I am getting lower navel pain and right side groin pain when I use Indian style bathroom it goes to right testicle when i tty to strain why it is paining? And I am getting stomach pain while urination no vomitings or motion but discomfort and pain in lower abdomen and right side to pubic bone the pain will be even exist while washing Anal after bowel during bending down I can see some cyst type in right testicle what it is hernia or cancer?? Sometimes I feel pain in anal n rectum
