Hello mam..I am a 21 yr old female, unmarried. I have been experiencing deep pain around my anus and lower abd pain since 2 months and the perineal pain gets aggravated on masturbating..i have PCOS for 3 years and got treated medically with metformin and ocp..so are they related to my condition..can u kindly explain treatment for my condition..what do i need to do??
