Pain around left scapula

I am suffering from pain around left scapula and below the scapula i have noticed small swelling and giving pain so please help me out what shell i do.

go for physitherapy..ultrasonic therapy for healing,tens for muscle relaxation and wax therapy for reducing inflammation may required . take rest. then the exercises are to be done and very much important.
Health Tips
at home..hot water fomentation+application of pain killer gel..avoid forward neck bending, weight lifting, cold exposure, driving, no prolonged sitting/travelling.
