Hello doctors, I am facing pain in lft hip from 4 days. Done the urine test which is free from infection. Done the usg scan. Attached the report. Please let me know something to be worried here? I should go for CT scan?

Most probably it might be a ureteric calculus. You must Go for a CT scan for sure.
