Hi sir/mam i got mild swelling over my tip of nose for the past 1 day and it is progressing and Had used an instrument to remove white heads on my nose 3 weeks back H/o pain + no h/o discharge from nose, no h/o any crust formation no h/o fever No h/o sore throat No h/o allergy Got swelling just over the tip of nose and it is painful Please help me sir /mam
