Pain and pressure during baby movement

I am 23 weeks pregnant ... now a days my baby movement is so frequent and when baby moves i feel pressure nd slightly pain on pelvis nd frequently urine also passed... at 21 weeks ultrasound my baby is on breech position and cervical length is 3.2 cm.... but my last pregnancy my baby gets me fundal pressure and cervix is 3 cm at 25 weeks and 27 weeks i got cervical cerclage... so m worried this time also i get this problem or not.. my dr said all normal.. no need to worry

It's normal, if in next sonography the cervical length decreases further then maybe cervical stitch will be taken
