Pain and burning/itching inside vagina

I had pain and burning/itching sensation in vagina.Took flucon tab as suggested by a doc, but didnt work, so got a urine examination done, epithilial cells are 6-8, and pus cells are 2-3. Is it normal? Any issue is there ?

Hello....... Ya OK.. Fluconazole is given  in fungal  infection  and it takes long time to heal..  Moreover fungal  infection is associated with  fungal infection.. Maintain private parts dry and clean ..bath daily, don't sleep with soaked underwater ,use antifungal dusting powder .. You can apply ointment also .. Apply it in night wash in morning ..continue medication...
