Pain AFTER testing for Chylamidia

I went to the OBGYN and she checked for chylamidia by swabbing. I was fine before no burning or nothing but when she inserted the swab that was very painful. Afterwards I went to pee and it hurt really bad to pee and I was bleeding a little bit. Is that normal?
