I'm 32, and married for 5 years had a history of one miscarriage dnc and one ectopic pregnancy laporotomy now having trouble to conceive recently had three clomid cycles with severe pain during ovulation and then after I quite. Had a laporoscopy also and doctors found few endometriosis spots and she told me that your follicles are not rupturing even after a very good response. What should I do now I'm very depressed.

With increasing age and other history u shall continue treatment with same consultant Gynecologist. After 4-6 cycle , treatment will be changed to stimulate Follicles with injectables . IUI and then IVF can be also a last option. All depends on in person consultation.
