It is due to chronic constipation,the anal canal becomes narrower,tryfor bland plane diet,so that stool should always be soft.plenty leafy vegetable,cow milk at night,anal soothning cream to apply in anal canal,and a course of anaerobic antibiotic,plentyliquids.
