I have pain above chest bone left side  from past 2 days kindly advise the reason and remedies for it

8f it is a localized chest pain with local tenderness and no relation to physical activity then it is not heart related jn that case take a pain killer. If it is a diffuse pain increasing on physical activity and associated with breathing difficulty or sweating then it can be heart related. In that case get an ECG ECHO done
