Hello , there is left ovary tumor /mass ,and there is possibility of rotation of that mass that might be compromising blood supply of ovary which is causing severe Pain . Get an urgent MRI and paediatric surgeon consultation done .

Hello. The ultrasound shows a small solid lesion near the left ovary. As the scan quality was limited due to excessive crying, the radiologist has advised further evaluation to rule out ovarian (adnexal) torsion, which is an emergency if present. If your child has severe or persistent abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, excessive crying, fever, or abdominal swelling, please take her to the nearest pediatric emergency department immediately. Otherwise, she should be evaluated urgently by a Pediatric Surgeon or Pediatric Gynecologist, who may advise a repeat ultrasound with Doppler and/or MRI for confirmation. Treatment depends on the final diagnosis and may require surgery if torsion is confirmed.
