Hi... Can we give p250 syrup 6 times a day.? For 4yrar old boy. My son is suffering from a high fever but p 250 effective only for 3 hr.

You can give 15mg/kg body weight of Paracetamol maximum 4 times in 24 hours. Duration between 2 doses should be a minimum of 4 hours. Other than that you can do tepid sponging of the whole body.

You can give but generally you don't need to give . Give it when the temperature is more than 100 deg F .
