Hey doc. I had pinkish ,dry n scaly ring like lesion on my stomach , back n arms from past 4 days. I went ahead and showed to a doc today and was diagnosed with p.rosea infection. She asked me whether i am sexually active or not upon which i got panicked n said no. I just wanted to know whether being sexually active change the diagnosis ( syphillis or any other std ) If so, what should i do next ?

Cannot help until I see the rashes. Yes p rosea looks very much like syphilis. So you are not wrong. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
