Do i hv  to rely on oxymeter for oxygen level  , is it always accurate ,  are they reliable to use

Oximeter is not 100% reliable diagnostic test for see the saturation level but yes it's accuracy level is in between 80 to 90%. For an emergency you can check with oximeter for confirmation of that saturation level you will have to checked in middle finger of both hands simultaneously.
