According to this report you have eustacian tube dysfunction and fluid collection in your right middle ear. You need to undergo proper medical treatment consisting of anti allergy and decongestant nasal sprays and tablets to see if the fluid resolves faulting which it may have to be removed.

As per the audiometry graph u have shown there is mixed hearing loss more in the high frequency in both ear. Also the middle ear compliance is reduced as per the impedance testing. So u are having issue in both the inner and middle ear. U need to give a thorough history and some examination to come to the exact diagnosis and to treat it effectively.
