Hi, what arechances of follicular rupture without HCG injection. Right ovary follicle size is 23*16mm and ET is 7.7 mm on 13th day of period.

Follicular rupture is a natural process and is known as ovulation. It happens naturally without any hcg injection around 14-15 day of 28-30 day of cycle. Around 14th day the follicle ruptures and releases the egg which reaches maturity and it's size varies from 18-22mm and is ready to be fertilized by sperm.
