Ovulation during mid cycle bleeding

After stopping fertility treatment, I got bleeding on mid cycle. In TVS scan I found my follicle size is 19*18mm. But I am still getting light bleeding. As the ovulation might happen at anytime in this light bleeding, can I make relationships? Is it fine to have intercourse?
