In my experience PCOS does not affect one ovary. If your follicular study is normal periods regular and all other hormone parameters are normal you do not need ovulation induction. Your husband's semen analysis must be normal too. You are young and provided you are physically fit, exercise regularly and follow a healthy diet (and are of normal weight) you can expect to conceive naturally within 2 years of trying (WHO states 90% chance of conception in the first two years of trying)
So as long as you are taking folic acid and having regular intercourse it is ok to wait and see.
