Hello, for a women having regular periods I. E. 28 days to 30 days of, the fertile period is 10th day to 20th day. Starting day of periods is to be taken as 1st day.

Ovulation occurs 14 days prior to start of next cycle. For example it will occurs on 14th days in 28 days cycle and on 16th day in 30 days cycle and on 12th day in 26 days cycle.
