I am overweighted so does it cause any problem to my pregnancy? Before conceive what kind of precautions I need to take. What tests I do before conceive? Is it nessesary to test thyroid and blood sugar before conceive?

If you are overweight..try reducing  few kg atleast...it helps in conception..take healthy diet..drink more water..yes do check ur CBC, TSH, RBS,PROLACTIN test..start taking folic acid tablet
