I took steaming for 5days continuously. In very hot water I put salt turmaric other herbs leafs and vicks.. wil it be any side effects of smell and taste? Because can't able to get the smell and taste.

Hi, don't take steam for few days. Also in future take only plain water steam, don't add things like turmuric, vicks etc

Stop inhaling hot steam..ur nerve endings of smell will get injured..wait and watch for few days till u recover ur smell and taste
