Overgrown teeth into guinea pigs

Do you treat guinea pigs and perform teeth trimmings on over grown teeth? My guinea pigs has slightly over grown incisors and might have over grown molars too. I want to get his teeth trimmed, but before that I just want to make sure if the doctor is experienced in handling guinea pigs and their problems.
