I have smaller testes and recently I have started noticing that even though I have been hitting the gym frequently, my chest seems to be showing symptoms of of hypogonadism. I get tired a lot, and have low sex drive. I recently had my testosterone tested and it came back as 568 ng/dl, which is low for a 24 year old male Please advice any further tests or consult that I can do
