I have frequent urination and frequent nightfalls from past 7 year I have masturbated very very excessively all pvr test, abdomen ultrasound test and uroflowmetry test is done every thing is normal iam sure the excessive masturbating have caused weak penis nerves so please suggest me treatment or what could be other causes for frequent urination
