I have persistent fever since last 11 days having covid 19 with overactive bladder with flank pain. Taken these medications for a week 1) Levofloxacin 500mg 2) Urispas 3) Meftal spas 4) Alcacitran Plz suggest me what to do as i still have fever urine culture is sterile.

Please maintain a fever chart Need to do CBC ESR. serum creatinineCRP and LDH to look for signs of improvement If normal then fever too will subside soon with round the clock paracetamol For overactive bladder please try Tab pyridium 200 twice a day It’s a bladder analgesic Urine colour will change to orange because of medicine
