Hello , See this is common problem faced by the ppl working at home in lockdown. But the best part is that u acknowledged it and are ready to get back on track and prevent urself from any other health issues.
Next Steps
See we do have medicines to control weight but i will suggest u to first try by controlling ur diet and doing small amt of physical excerice , if not able to do with that then we will go to medication . But on the first place plz check ur fasting glucose level done , so that we know that r u having diabetes or not , cause that can also be a reason . Now go begin with stop sugar completely, do not include any food which has sugar in it , even have tea without sugar , this will drastically help loose weight. Then include 40 mins of exercise daily starting with mild and then slowly increasing intensity. Start helping in household work like sweeping n mopping can help. While working on laptop make it a habbit to stand for atleast 2mins after every 30 mins continuous sitting. And include a outdoor sport like badminton in ur daily routine.
