My weight is increasing rapidly, how can I control my weight, i have to seat 10 am to 5 pm in my office, suggest some exercise and diet plan

Hello, Increase in weight can be because of many reason: 1. PCOD 2. Endocrine disturbance ( thyroid/ Diabetes) 3. Psychological problem 4. Low metabolism rate 5. Stress 6. Effect of medication 7. vitamin deficiencies 8. Bad eating habits 9.
