Ovary size not properly growing

Through follicular study, on day 14th of my cycle,the tight ovary size remains 9mm and left ovary size remains 8 mm and the endometrium result is 6.3mm. please suggest further course of action on this. Shall I continue sex every day in order to grow the same or it will grow automatically.
