I had my right ovary removed by laparoskopy on 19th Sept as for borderline tumor.Had my1st post op period after that on 2nd Oct.Missed one that i supposed to have after that.Is that normal?My periods used to be regular between 21-24 days.

Sometime it can happen. Rule out pregnancy and hypothyroidism.
