In September 2015, ultrasound of my 32year old sister was done and in impressions hypoechoic lesion (ovarian fibroid) measuring 3.8×1.9 cm was noticed. In March 2021 again ultrasound was done and size of fibroid was noticed 52×37mm. In Jun 2021 ultrasound size was measured 70×45mm. All reports are attached for ready reference. Please advice further treatment for it. If fibroid is to be removed then which treatment is preferable i.e. Laproscopy or Open Surgery. Which is more beneficial ? It is pertinent to mention here that my sister is married but she is separated from her husband due to domestic problems. She doesn't have any ward. So in future if she get remarried then she also want her baby. So please advice ahccordingly. Thanks.
