Right ovary shows a well defined cyst of size 4.5cm. right ovary with cyst measures 5.0x4.9cm. Do i need to go through a surgery?

If you don't have any symptoms of pain abdomen you might not need surgery
Next Steps
need your complete history and scan report to see if you need surgery or not you might have to repeat scan in 3 months again
