I am 26 year old and Having irregular periods. Both ovaries are bulky in size with normal echotexture and showing multiple small peripheral cysts on both ovaries largest measuring 0.42cm at right side and 0.35cm at left side. Right ovary measures 3.62cm×1.98cm×3.00cm. Volume is 11.26cc Left ovary measures 2.84cm×2.28cm×3.29cm. Volume is 11.15cc. Size of uterus is 7.35cm×3.59cm×4.26cm. Is it required for surgery or medicine is enough. Is it curable?
