Ovarian cyst or appendicitis pain

My right lower abdomen hurts.. almost every day..it has been like for more than a month now.. also I have a right ovarian cyst of 54 x32 mm..just want to know if this is only due to my cyst or appendicitis could also be present.. I have constipation and also sometimes nausea..and sometimes my abdomen hurts while coughing
