I have haemorrhage ovarian cyst in right ovary 2.9cm and vaginal cyst garter duct cyst what are the treatment? ?please help me

For both these cysts treatment s only surgical removal. Haemorrhagic cyst rarely cn respond to medication but definitely gartner cyst wont. U cn go surgery for both in same sitting itself.
