I have a complex ovarian cyst on my rt ovary size is 42mm 18mm. Should I take shatavari n ashwagandha churna old advise. Will it help or worsen my problem.

For a complex ovarian cyst first gt ovarian tumor markers done.. After that decide upon surgery to rule any rare change of malignancy
