I had cyst last year that was functional and thin walled in size 66×63.7×56.0mm I've not treated it thought it will go off by itself now a year later I'm having dull sharp pain near my lower abdomen with bloating is this the sign of cyst growing?

Thin walled functional cysts will go off by itself need not worry about it Dull sharp pain and bloating may not be  signs of cyst growing
