I have oval shaped underneath skin lump in an area between collarbone and neck which is painful on touching it and little pain on movement of neck from about last 1 month. There is no redness, mostly painfull while getting up from sleep. Can any one suggest to whom should i consult.. dermatologist or else?? What may be reasons for this ?? Any others guidance please.. thanks
