I had a runny nose and the doctor prescribed Otrivin nasal spray and i used it for only one time and directly stopped and now i have dry nose, can't smell properly, can't sneeze, and i have hard breathing sometimes since 2 weeks now. I have no idea what Otrivin done for me.

Prolong use of otrivin may cause problems.. single dose hardly cause any problem if not allergic to it.. need to be evaluated for rhinosinusitis.. Visit an ENT appointment for opinion..
