I have been prescribed Otiflox drops bec of some itching in the ear, but as I suffer from tinnitus m scared, is it safe? I read the users who used it had spike to there tinnitus and its kind of ototoxic. Shall I go ahead and use it?

Any drops u put in ear will not cross the ear drum... It will not cause ototoxicity.. tinnitus is different from water on the ear drum ....it is same as water  going in during swimming and bath..
