Osteopenia , you can think like a young avataar of osteoporosis. that is osteopenia is starting stages of osteoporosis i.e. if left unattended it may become one.
In Females Postmenopausal this is common unless and until you fulfil 3 essential daily requirements
1>
calcium / phosphorous supplements. (consult General physician first according to levels of these electrolyte in blood serum you would be advised to take them in form of diet or supplements)
2>
Vitamin D3 (again depending on your blood serum levels , you may be given a tablet/ sachet. or simply you can have it in early morning Sun. i.e. till 0800 Hrs. at max. (if in rajasthan 0700 would be the limit)
3> Physical Exercise (any type of strength training or simple aerobic exercise will be good)
