Osf with pericronities

I have oral sub mucous fibrosis with pericronities and I there is some tissue growth and white patches seen. Doctor suggested for biopsy and teeth removal from effected areas. Five years ago I have completed my chemo and radiation therapy after operated my tongue cancer. Osf seen after radiation therapy. I have osf from five years. Please help
