Is taking ortho plus safe for a women of age 50+ ...it is not prescribed by any doctor...just wanted to know it is safe or not

Hi!!! It is safe to take Orthoplus tablet. But it is best to get a consult before starting it. It is safe to know if other Medical illness is present and also if she is having any osteoarthritic condition as you have not mentioned.
