I am a sleep disk patient and i was going through treatment since one yr  but i have a problem one day i fell down from a taxi when i left the taxi then the nerve of left leg somehow effected now i have a pain on that leg so what can i do

You must consult an Ortho surgeon. You should get MRI done and try medicines and physiotherapy. If no relief can consider surgical option
