Occasional physical intimacy with wife when we meet once or twice a year. i am 59 and heart patient. male hardness thin. when upper skin pulled back, inner part of skin, connected with a vein of organ, gets bruised on left /right side and pains. so unable to proceed further. No other physical intimacy with any body. for education of our children, we - i and wife, had to stay at long distances away from each other over last 15 years for family security and progress.
