I have placed order 10 days ago but still I have not receive any updates of order,also not send any tracking id,It will shows in status as ready to shipped from last 4 days yet It will not shipped.. Either you delivered order or give me my refund. Useless Service since last 10 days I send you 4 mails and 5 calls but till problem not solved..please rply me asap with details
