Hello.... Supradyn capsule is multivitamin tablet... It turns urine in to orange color ... But multivitamin tablets don't cause stomach pain in usual doses.. Rarely it causes abdominal pain, abdominal cramps, if so consult your general physician and discuss about your symptoms.
